Visitor age restrictions:
- Children under 4 years and no taller than 90 cm are admitted free without a separate seat.
- Child ticket from 4 to 11 years and height not exceeding 130 cm.
- Children under 4 are not allowed to swim with dolphins.
- Children 4–6 must be accompanied by a parent who has paid the full swimming price for themselves.
- Swimming duration 10 minutes.
- People with skin diseases, with disabilities, or under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to swim.
