An excursion to Khao Sok National Park and Cheow Lan Lake will let you enjoy the beauty of wild jungle, the tranquility of Buddhist temples, and a swim in a freshwater lake.

Due to high demand from September to April, we recommend booking two-day tours to Cheow Lan in advance — at least 3–4 weeks before your desired date.

Day 1
06:00 Departure from the hotel (transfer availability and time depend on the area)
08:30 Visit to the Hell and Heaven Temple
09:30 Elephant riding in the jungle, show and bathing with a baby elephant
11:30 Arrival at the lake, sightseeing by long-tail boat on the way to the capsules
12:30 Traditional Thai lunch at a floating restaurant on Cheow Lan Lake
13:00 Check-in and free time (swimming in the lake, canoeing)
17:30 Evening lake safari by boat — a chance to see the national park’s wildlife
18:30 Dinner at the lakeside restaurant and free time
20:00 Night in floating raft houses (with air conditioning, Water Bungalows Laguna)

05:00 Early-morning trip by long-tail boat with the opportunity to observe wildlife

When visiting temples, an additional donation-based entry fee (20–50 baht) is paid. If tourists are inappropriately dressed (bare shoulders, knees), clothing is provided by the temple for an additional fee. To rent a canoe (if you wish to paddle on Cheow Lan Lake), a refundable deposit of 500 baht for the paddle is required, or a rental fee of 200 baht (depends on the operator).
