- The availability of excursion transfers and transfer times vary by location
- ATV operation is permitted for those aged 17 and above
- Children aged 7 and above are permitted as passengers
- Rafting is permitted for children aged 7 and above or at least 110 cm tall
- Tourists weighing over 90 kg are not permitted on the zipline
- Pregnant women are not permitted on rafting or zipline
