LAND EXCURSIONS TO THE MAINLAND
General recommendations for land excursions
For all excursions we recommend taking with you a photo or a copy of your international passport (it is better not to take the original passport), money for personal expenses (temple entry, souvenirs, tips, canoe rental at Cheo Lan Lake, etc.), a towel, a change of clothes, a cover-up for entering the temple (to cover knees and shoulders for women), headwear and sunscreen. On land excursions breakfast is not provided, only lunch. Therefore, you need to have breakfast at the hotel or take breakfast with you.
Please do not forget the voucher that was issued to you at the time of booking (photo or paper) and do not leave your belongings in the transport (boat, minivan). The agency and the carrier are not responsible for items left behind and do not deliver them.

If a one-day excursion is canceled or the date is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start of the program, a penalty is withheld by the carrier from 50% to 100% of the tour cost (depending on the carrier’s terms) even upon presentation of a certificate from a hospital (certificates from private clinics are not accepted).
Rescheduling the excursion date is possible only upon presentation of a certificate from a hospital (for all tourists).
In all other cases the excursion is considered completed.
Changes in the booking of a one-day tour at the tourist’s request - replacement of the excursion with another, rescheduling the departure date (subject to availability with the carrier), departure time, hotel name, etc. - are possible only once; requests are processed during working hours (from 09:30 - to 21:00) and no less than 24 hours before the program start according to the voucher.
Rescheduling an excursion due to rain is not carried out. In case of a storm warning, the carrier cancels the trip, the excursion date is moved to a convenient day for the tourist (subject to availability for that date) or a full refund is made.
In other cases the excursion is conducted.
If the tourist did not show up for the excursion at the appointed time or was late for the pick up time - payment is not refunded.
In case of cancellation of two-day or three-day tours (sea or land) the carrier has the right to withhold the cost of hotel accommodation or the payment in full (cancellation rules differ among carriers. If the possibility of cancellation is important to you, please clarify the terms at the time of booking).
Some two-day and three-day tours to Cheo Lan Lake are not subject to cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date (hotel and raft house conditions).
The Full Moon Party tour can be canceled or rescheduled no later than 10 days before the tour. For later cancellation a fee of 100% is charged.
A refund in these cases, even upon presentation of a certificate from a hospital, is impossible. For you, the hotel, a seat in the transfer, etc. are booked and paid; take this into account when choosing and purchasing the excursion.
In case of cancellation of an individual sea or land tour the cost is not refunded.

Pregnant women are prohibited from sea excursions by speedboat, active programs (rafting, rope parks), and elephant riding. They are allowed on air tours only with a medical certificate with a doctor's permission. Tell us about the pregnancy and we will select an alternative for you (a big boat or a land excursion). If you did not inform us, you assume responsibility.
Money is not refunded if the carrier did not admit you to the excursion or you changed your mind.
Sea excursions are also prohibited for children under 1 year old and for people with musculoskeletal disorders.
